OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. B&N BANK obtained the USD 50 mio subordinated loan with 10 years term, reported the press-centre of B&N BANK.

The credit facility was provided by the Company owned by Mikail Safarbeckovich Gutseriev.

Prior to this loan as of March the 1st, 2012 the B&N BANK’s total capital was about USD 410 mio (RUB 12 bln) and capital adequacy ratio was at 11,2% level. After increasing the capital of the Bank will be amounted to USD 460 mio (RUB 13,4 bln) and CAR stood at 12.4%, well above the minimum requirements of Central Bank (10%).

During the first half of the year the shareholders are planning the additional capital injection into Tier 1 Capital in the amount of RUB 3 bln.
