OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. Russian Railways invites employees of the Company to participate in the Young Professionals programme, whose main aim is to organise joint training for young managers and professionals with high potential at Russian Railways and Deutsche Bahn, reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.

The Young Professionals programme has been underway since 2010 following the initiative of Vladimir Yakunin, President of Russian Railways, and Dr. Rudiger Grube, Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Bahn.

The programme’s objectives are to facilitate the exchange of experience between young managers and professionals at Russian Railways and Deutsche Bahn and strengthen international youth cooperation, including the targeted development of young managers and professionals with an emphasis on international cooperation.

As part of the Young Professionals programme, the Company’s employees will participate in internships at Deutsche Bahn facilities, while young leaders and professionals from Deutsche Bahn will undergo training at Russian Railways’ facilities. The participants will also take part in various other joint training sessions and round tables.

Russian Railways invites employees with higher education, fluent English and at least 2 years experience at the Company to participate in the programme.
