OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. These means were received for realization of public shareholdings in three joint stock companies. About 9 mln. 558,8 thou. leis were received from public shareholding at an amount of 45,065% sold in ArtMet, a mechanical plant producing unconventional metallic construction.

The authorized capital of the company makes up 7,95 mln. leis. 59743 its shares were put for sale and sold at a price of 160 leis per share. 25,88 thou. leis were received from the 100% shareholding of the state in Uniunea Librariilor "UNLIB" from Causani, the company selling books, news papers and stationary, whose authorized capital makes 86,3 thou. leis approximately.

Over 2 thou. leis were received from the sale of 55,982% of shares in "Varsatorul-Nord" from the village Bratusani of the region of Edinet, a company carrying out building-assembly works. Shares of this company at a number of 25,39 thou. were sold at 0,08 per share. The authorized capital of the company is 453,6 thou. leis.

In total at the first in this year auction to sell public stocks in joint stock companies public shareholdings were put for sale in 27 companies, including those of tobacco, canning wine-making, sugar-producing branches, glass industry, etc. The state is the major shareholders in 13 of them. The shareholdings vary from 0,195% to 100%.

As the lots were offered for sale many times were not required, the initial price at the auction to come has been reduced and makes up 411,88 mln in total.
