OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2012. With the aim of developing cooperation in the energy sphere between Turkmenistan and France, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the membership of the Turkmen-French working commission on developing cooperation in the energy sector for Turkmenistan. The Minister of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan was appointed the Chairman of the Turkmen-French working commission.
