OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2012. IDGC of the North-West has prepared and forwarded to the regional regulators all the materials required. The documents consideration by the Federal Tariff Service of Russia began in the middle of March.

The regional regulators within the responsibility zone of all IDGC of the North-West, JSC branches having switched over to the RAB-method have submitted petitions to the Federal Tariff Service of Russia for reconsideration of long-term parameters in accordance with Resolution No. 1178 of the Government. The Federal Tariff Service is to provide for the new long-term tariff regulation parameters by April 1, 2012.

RAM-method regulation is currently applicable to three IDGC of the North-West branches: Novgorodenergo, Vologdaenergo and Pskovenergo. The Republic of Karelia has launched a petition for RAB switchover since July 1, 2012.
