OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2012. The total amount of direct insurance premium of the Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branches in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region for January-December 2011 is equal to 1,761 mln roubles which is 14% more than for the same period in 2010.

The total amount of premium on voluntary insurance other than life insurance is equal to 1,369 mln roubles (18% increase), including proceeds from personal insurance in the amount of 116 mln roubles, insurance of property in the amount of 1,197 mln roubles (22% increase), and liability insurance in the amount of 56 mln roubles (81% increase). The insurance premium proceedings on compulsory motor TPL insurance amount to 392 mln roubles.

The insurance payments of the Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branches in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region for 12 months of 2011 on direct insurance amounted to 1,312 mln roubles, including voluntary personal insurance – 98 mln roubles, insurance of property – 897 mln roubles, and voluntary liability insurance – 34 mln roubles. Payments on compulsory motor TPL insurance amounted to 283 mln roubles.

The most dynamically developing business lines during the above mentioned period in the Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branches in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region were the following: insurance of land vehicles - 36% increase and voluntary insurance of the liability of motor vehicles owners – 116% increase.
