In the name of General Director of IDGC of Centre Dmitry Gudzhoyan letters of thanks were received from Chairman of the Election Commission of the Kostroma region Mikhail Barabanov, and from Chairman of the Election Commission of the city of Kostroma Sergey Zhichin for ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply in the region during the elections on December 4, 2011 and March 4, 2012.
