OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2012. Cherkizovo Group (LSE: CHE) is proud to announce that Mr.Alexander Kostikov, 39, joins Cherkizovo Group as Head of IR and Communications, reported the press-centre of Cherkizovo Group.

For the last three years Alexander worked as Communications Director at PepsiCo Russia, where he was responsible for corporate communications and corporate charity programs in the CIS market. Before that he served as Investor Relations and Communications Director at Lebedyansky JSC (RTS: LEKZ), Russia’s largest juice manufacturer, where Alexander successfully built the Extel award-winning IR and Communications functions from scratch. Alexander’s previous roles include positions at YUKOS Oil Company and the R.I.M.Porter Novelli agency. He is recognized by the Russian Managers’ Association as one of the top three communications executives in the Russian consumer market sector and was awarded The Silver Archer, Russia’s National PR award, for a successful reputation management campaign for Lebedyansky.

Alexander joins Cherkizovo Group with an excellent track record of investor relations and communications experience in Russia’s consumer goods sector. The Board is confident that he will have a lot to contribute in his new role, and is looking forward to working with him.

Alexander Kostikov is a graduate of Lomonosov’s Moscow State University, faculty of journalism, and the Higher School of Economics where he attended a post-graduate program.
