OREANDA-NEWS. Till 30 March 2012 the Yekaterinburg branch of Nordea Bank Russia presents gift certificates of the Media Markt chain to those of the Bank’s customers who got mortgage loans for the purchase of a flat in the residential houses which are being erected by YIT company, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

Under the mortgage program implemented by NBR together with YIT no pledge of the purchased residential real estate is required for the period prior to the state registration of such real estate by the competent Russian authorities. Till the date of such registration only a pledge of receivables with regard to the real estate to be purchased by the borrower.

Other important features of the program is a 30-year life of the mortgage loan agreement, the right of the borrower to select whether to repay the loan in annuity or differential payments, no commission for drawdown of the loan and no prepayment fee.
