Bank of Moscow Appointed Director of Economic Planning Department
OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2012. Mikhail Ratinskiy was born in 1982 in Moscow. In 2005, he graduated with honours from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University; from 2005 to 2008, he did postgraduate studies at the Budget and treasury Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, specialising in "Money, Credit, Banks".
Mikhail Ratinskiy began his banking activities in 2004 in the Credit Department of ZAO Bank Russky Standart and, in 2006, was transferred to the Finance Department of the same bank.
He joined the Bank of Moscow from OOO Barclays Bank, where he worked, from 2010, as Vice-President, Director of the Business Planning and Analysis Department, and then Deputy Financial Director. Before joining Barclays Bank, from 2007 through 2010, Mikhail Ratinskiy worked in the Finance Department of VTB24.
Within the Bank of Moscow, Mikhail Ratinskiy has headed up the Economic Planning Department. He will handle matters of reporting according to international standards, management accounting, business planning, and financial control over the Bank’s products and projects, and will be responsible for managing the organisation’s costs.
