OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2012. Kreditprombank entered top 20 of the rating "50 leading banks of Ukraine" according to authoritative business periodical "Kommersant-Ukraina". At the same time the bank was recognized a winner in three nominations simultaneously: "Classic Deposit", "Progressive technologies and IT solutions" and "Lending to large business". It should be noted that experts highly appreciated the deposit products of the bank for individuals: in the rating of classic deposits Kreditprombank holds 4th place, having left behind many large players of the market, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

In general rating all 175 domestic financial institutions took part. Rating was made on the basis of financial data published at the official website of NBU, public information represented at corporate websites of banks as well as detailed questionnaires prepared by the financial institutions.

The partner of the project is company "Financial Club", the analysts of which have developed methodology and rating indicators for estimation of various types of activities of credit institutions. To ensure the transparency of rating the work methodology, procedure of calculation of indicators, ratios and received final data were approved by the Supervisory Board of the project.

It included Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Yurii Kolobov and Director of Institute of Economy and Forecasting of NAS of Ukraine Valerii Heiets. Members of the board assessed the adequacy of methodology and procedure of rating calculation, confirming its adequacy and independence. This procedure and methodology, according to periodical, guaranteed sufficient impartiality in estimation and rating of leading Ukrainian banks.
