OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2012. Sviaz-Bank has opened a specialized Mortgage Center at 49 Narodnogo Opolcheniya Street, Bldg1, Moscow, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The Mortgage Center offers a full range of mortgage-related customer services, from consulting on mortgage opportunities to completion of documents and mortgage finalization.

To give customers best-quality services, the office has several negotiation rooms and a depository. The new backup office operates both as a Mortgage Center and a traditional bank office providing all banking services to every category of customers. The office is open for business on Mondays through Saturdays, from 9:00 to 20:00 hours on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 18:00 hours on weekends, without a lunch break.

“Mortgages are among banking products in high demand, and it is important to increase the number of selling outlets and create a customer-friendly environment offering one-stop banking, at no or little loss of time,” said Olga Oleinik, Vice Chair of Sviaz-Bank’s Management Board. “We are aiming high in both the quality of our products and standards of services we give.”

Sviaz-Bank’s mortgage program is tailored to individuals who want to buy housing in the primary and secondary markets. Mortgages are issued at a minimum rate of 9.5% per annum, for up to 30 years, and the maximum mortgage size has been raised to 60 million rubles.
