OREANDA-NEWS. LLP "Credit partnership ORDA credit" (Shymkent, hereinafter - the Company), whose bonds are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its partners will be held on March 31, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- report of the Management Board on compliance with the budget for 2011;

- approval of annual financial statements of the Company for 2010;

- approval of annual financial statements for 2011 and distribution of the Company's net income;

- purchase of stakes in other business partnerships;

- compulsory buy-out of stakes off partners;

- reorganization-related issues.

The meeting shall be held at: 47 Gani Ilyaev str., Shymkent. Participants shall be registered starting from 10:00 o'clock.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting shall be held on April 2, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock at the above address.
