OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2012. Bankovskoye obozreniye (Banking Review), published its rankings of 100 most successful female bankers for a second time (the first time these rankings were published was in March 2011). Yet again, Irina Busheva and Olga Oleinik were named among the Top 30 most successful banking managers, ranking 23rd and 24th, respectively, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The ranking were based on objective factors such as size of the lending institution, position held, and share in the authorized capital.

Both Irina Busheva and Olga Oleinik have been in banking business for over 15 years, have a proactive attitude to life, and enjoy the reputation of high-class business managers.

Irina Busheva has a Ph.D. in economics, and has been vice chair of Sviaz-Bank’s Management Board since January 28, 2009. She is responsible for developing retail business techniques. Ms.Busheva has overseen the launch of a string of new programs and a line of banking products for all customer groups, including mortgages for young families, dependable borrowers, and armed forces servicemen.

Olga Oleinik has a higher engineering and economic education. She has advanced from Counsel to Sviaz-Bank’s President to Vice Chair of the Bank’s Management Board. Her responsibilities include enhancing the efficiency of the Bank’s branches and boosting sales. The Bank’s regional network has 51 branches and the Head Office in Moscow.
