OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the settlement agreement with the State Agricultural Fund (the “Fund”) of Ukraine was signed on 20 March 2012. The Parties agreed that the Contract, signed in August 2011, with respect to delivery by the Company to the Fund of 75,700 tons of sugar, will be executed by the Parties in May 2012, with all contractual conditions (including price and payment terms) remaining the same. The settlement agreement shall be approved by the Commercial Court.
