OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders shall start on April 26, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as following, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the agenda of the Bank's shareholders' annual general meeting;

- defining the number of members and term of office of the Bank's audit commission, choosing its members;

- approval of the Bank's Y2011 audited consolidated financial statements;

- approval of the procedure of the Bank's Y2011 net income distribution;

- making a decision on payment of dividends on the Bank's shares;

- considering the issue of shareholders appealing actions of the Bank and its officials and results of such consideration;

- informing of the Bank's shareholders on the size of remuneration of members' of the Bank's Board of Directors and Management Board in 2011;

- on approval of the report on activities carried out by members' of the Bank's Board of Directors and Management Board in fiscal year 2011;

- election of new members of the Bank's Board of Directors:

  - defining the number of members of the Bank's Board of Directors;

  - appointing members of the Bank's Board of Directors;

  - defining the term of members of the Bank's Board of Directors;

  - defining terms of remuneration of members of the Bank's Board of Directors and compensation of their expenses incurred during fulfillment of their responsibilities.

The mentioned meeting will be held at the following address: 100b Furmanov Str., lmaty. Participants will be registered starting from 10:00 through 10:45 o'clock.

The list of shareholders, entitled to participate in the mentioned meeting will be drawn up as of March 26, 2012.

In case of no quorum a repeated shareholders' meeting will be held on April 27, 2012 at the above address.
