Government to Develop Entrepreneurship in Ukraine
OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. The Government carries out reforms in order to entrepreneurship is being developed in Ukraine. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Mykola Azarov emphasized that within two years of activity the Government made a series of reforms. In particular, it is carried out the budgetary, tax and pension reforms, already started reforms in the health sector, housing and communal services, preparing for the reform implementation of criminal law and legal proceedings. "In other words, Ukraine holds serious, large-scale transformations. Despite the difficulties, these reforms promote our country towards European integration," Prime Minister underlined.
Prime Minister also noted in Ukraine it have been adopted a number of important laws in line with European principles of business regulation, simplified procedures for issuing permits, in an orderly relationship between regulatory agencies and entities.
In addition, he said, today business registration takes place within one to three days: it is started their work registration centers, which operate by a principle "one stop". "We have to achieve that these bodies working in the interests of our business, in the interests of entrepreneurs, and working and ensure accurate implementation of national legislation," underlined Mykola Azarov, adding that currently there also become open and publicly available data of the Unified State Register of legal entities and individuals and is being introduced electronic registration of business entities.
Prime Minister also recalled that the second year works system of automatic VAT refund: "And every month on the 16th of more than 2.5 billion UAH is being reimbursed to economic entities in the automatic mode."
