OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. The Government will provide legal protection of business, in connection with what it is scheduled introduction of a series of transformations. This was stressed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov in celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

"The Government is planning to establish legal protection of business, protection against raiding from the illegal actions of law enforcement bodies, the judicial system."Everything this is on the agenda. We know these problems," Prime Minister emphasized.

To achieve this result, as noted Mykola Azarov, the Government is planning to accelerate the implementation of a series reforms. According to him, it will be accelerated implementation of judicial reform to ensure judicial independence, fair and impartial proceedings, the imposition and appeal decisions, including in the economic area. At the same time, it will be strengthened anti-corruption work.

There will also be reformed system executive service, which, as noted by the Head of Government, today is imperfect, in connection with what a large number of court decisions are not met.

Moreover, it is planned to complete deregulation. "In particular, it is need to reduce the number of duplicate documents at every stage of the permitting procedure," said Mykola Azarov.

It’s time, according to the Prime Minister, implementation of reforms in the sectors having significant potential, especially in the agro-industrial complex. "When a balanced implementation of the reforms, the AIC in Ukraine can be a competitive advantage in global markets," he said.

In addition, according to Mykola Azarov, the Government expects that the creation of market for agricultural land will be an incentive for long term investments and introduction of advanced agricultural technologies and innovations.

It is also planned to accelerate reforms in the energy sector.
