OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2012. Open joint stock company “National exhibition company “UzExpoCenter” will place shares for over 8.735 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the issue, the company will place 1,673,383 ordinary shares with par value of 5,220 soums each. Total volume of the issue makes up 8.735 billion soums.

The company disclosed that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 5,000 soums to new ones with nominal of 5,220 soums.
