OREANDA-NEWS. March 20, 2012. The remains of unrecovered VAT on payer's accounts for two years have reduced almost five times.

As of January 1, 2012 the state owes enterprises 4.5 billion UAH.

However, over the years 2008-09 this indicator is constantly growing. At the beginning of 2010 it has reached 21.8 billion UAH.

Then the remains of unrecovered tax gradually decreased: at the beginning of 2011 - 11.1 billion UAH, at the beginning of 2012 - 4.5 billion UAH.

The State Tax Service predicts this year debts to taxpayers would be definitively eliminated.

Recall, by the results of 2011 the total amount of reimbursement amounted to record total of 42.8 billion UAH.
