OREANDA-NEWS. March 20, 2012. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) admitted to examination a complaint of “Resursenergougol” Ltd. against actions of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) as an organizer of a tender for the right to use subsoil for the purposes of exploration and production of hard coal on the Arshanovsky plot of the I Beisk coal deposit in the Republic of Khakassia, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Under Part 18 Article 18.1 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the tender shall be suspended until substantial investigation of the complaint.
