Nordea Bank Comes to Smart Phones
OREANDA-NEWS. March 20, 2012. From now on, Nordea customers can make transfers and take advantage of other banking services on their smart phones. Having downloaded and installed an applet on their phone, customers can easily and securely check their account balance from any location, view the operations and make local or international transfers, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.
Also, with just one button touch, they can contact the bank via Skype or regular phone connection. Nordea bank will now be wherever its customers need it to be.
"Smart phones are becoming an inseparable part of our lives, therefore Nordea bank offers its customers a convenient and safe use of phone banking services. We are happy that our product is one of the best in the market", says Zaneta Stankevic, Product Development Manager of Nordea Bank Lietuva.
Having installed the applet in their smart phones, customers not only can access online banking services, but also find the nearest ATMs in the town, and use a range of spreadsheets – currency exchange, credit and savings. They can also use the gadget for planning of their own income and expenses. With just one click, you will find market news and stock prices.
We invite anyone who uses a smartphone, to install the applet on their phones and try it out. The applets can be downloaded for free from our updated e-banking site on the internet and then scanning the QR codes, or by connecting directly to the App Store or Android Market and typing Nordea Lietuva in the search box.
The Nordea gadget has already gained great popularity in Scandinavia, and we expect that in Lithuania, our customers will also appreciate the advantages of mobile banking, and will make extensive use of phone banking services.
