OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2012. The meeting of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Board of Directors took place. The agenda thereof included the issue of listing the Board of Directors (BD) candidates and Review Committee for consideration during the annual regular meeting of shareholders. Within the legal period the Board of Directors unanimously adopted the proposals of all shareholders. The list of the BD candidates was not approved due to the lack of data about two candidates.

The Board of Directors resolved to consider the issue on the approval of the list of candidates at its next meeting. The expected date of the meeting is March 27, 2012. The resolution concerning the Review Committee candidates was made unanimously.
