Veles Capital Acted as Underwriter of UniCredit Bank Bonds Issue
OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2012. Veles Capital Investment company has acted as the underwriter of the UniCredit Bank bonds issue to 10 billion RUR. UniCredit Bank has placed BO-03 bonds in amount of RUR 5 bln. On March 2, 2012, the bank closed the book for Series BO-03 bonds ahead of schedule.
During book-building, the first coupon rate was set at 8.50% p.a.; coupons 2 and 3 are equal to the first coupon. Effective yield to 1 1/2 year offer is 8.68% per annum. Technical placement through public offering took place on MICEX on March 2, 2012.
UniCredit Bank was the arranger, while PSB acted as co-arranger. The syndicate of co-arrangers also included: Rosevrobank, Region Brokerage Company. Underwriters: Russian Standard Bank, Globexbank, Novikombank and Binbank. Co-underwriters: Deutsche Bank, Orient Express Bank, Metcombank, Svyaznoy Bank, Bank Saint Petersburg, Derzhava Bank, Rublev Bank, StarCapital.
