OREANDA-NEWS.March 19, 2012. JSC "Insurance Company Alliance Policy" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is to be held  on April 11, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is the issue of changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of JSC "Insurance Company Alliance Policy".

The mentioned meeting will be held at 95ч/A1, ч/A2 Al-Farabi ave. Almaty (residential estate "Aelita"). Participants will be registered from 09:00 to 10:00 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be composed as of April 9, 2012.

In case of failed quorum, a repeated meeting of the company's shareholders will be held on April 12, 2012 at the same time and address.

Shareholders can obtain details of the agenda beginning from March 11, 2012 on working days from 10:00 to 17:00 o'clock at the above-mentioned address.
