OREANDA-NEWS.March 19, 2012. The Cabinet is preparing amendments to the Budget 2012 for implementation of social initiatives of President for April. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.

"All positions will be reflected in changes to the budget, which is being prepared by the Government. In early April we will present them to the Verkhovna Rada", - Mykola Azarov said.
He noted that the changes to the budget will consider funding of social initiatives of the President. In particular, the increase in pensions, social payments for poor families, it will also be incorporated funds to compensate deposit to depositors of former Soviet Union Savings Bank.

"Six million people have already received this compensation, but another six million have not received it. Is this true? I am sure - no. I think that people should trust government, regardless of who heads it. Therefore, this challenge will be realized. Injustice, that there was not our fault, will be eliminated", - Mykola Azarov said.

He added that due to economic growth the state is able to compensate deposit to depositors of former Soviet Union Savings Bank.

In addition, the PM stressed that changes to the budget will provide mechanisms to promote more jobs, especially for young people, people close to retirement and people who live in rural areas. There will also be introduced the state order for training of those specialists needed in the labor market.
