OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2012. CNPC and All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. A major step taken by the two sides to support sustainable development of agriculture, it plays an important role for CNPC and ACFSMC to explore new model of economic cooperation, expand cooperation scale, and realize mutual development, reported the press-centre of CNPC.

ACFSMC enjoys a long history of development with a complete marketing network and abundant resources, while CNPC has advantages in fertilizer supply, agricultural film production, agricultural oil products supply, agricultural machinery and equipment, and financial leasing and trust. Under such context, the two sides will join hands in promoting agricultural development by sharing resources and complementing each other with advantages in production and circulation.

CNPC Chairman Jiang Jiemin and Board Director of ACFSMC Yang Chuantang had a discussion on further cooperation and attended the signing ceremony. CNPC Vice President Shen Diancheng and Deputy Director of ACFSMC Dai Gongxing signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
