OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2012. According to the terms of the insurance contract, the following activities performed by OJSC Reestr, reported the press-centre of Allianz:

keeping records of registered security holders;

performing functions of a counting board at general meetings of shareholders;

calculation, arrangement of payment, and payment of dividends;

keeping register of creditors’ claims and holding meetings of creditors;

rendering services of a transfer agent;

performing functions of a participant of an electronic document interchange.

Furthermore, the contract covers the insurant’s property interests related to its obligation to reimburse third-party losses in course of performance of an insured activity by the registrars incorporated in OJSC Reestr in the end of 2011. OJSC Uchyotnaya Sistema, OJSC Tsentralnaya Registratura, and CJSC Oryol-Reestr.

The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 100,000,000 roubles.
