OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2012. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a session of the Government announced support for "fair business club" in Ukraine. According to him, the establishing clear rules of business were discussed at the meeting with the largest foreign investors in Ukraine.

"For those companies which join to the "fair business club" business in Ukraine will be really comfortable. Controlling and inspecting agencies forget the way to conscientious taxpayers, the Government guarantees this" - Mykola Azarov said.

Prime Minister said that during his meeting with businessmen it was held a frank discussion on establishing stable and transparent rules. "The main thing that business is waiting for, and I firmly promised - is predictability and consistency of decisions of the government, stability and transparency of rules", - said Mykola Azarov, adding that on the other hand, business associations are on the verge to adopt a corporate code that would define a very simple but very necessary Ukraine rules of business. For example: do not give bribes. Do not pay wages in "envelopes". Do not look for the keyhole to avoid tax. Do not overprice. And so forth. "These are initiatives of business. So, we worked in vain to turn the situation and establish the true value. Now together we can responsibly create a positive, attractive business image of Ukraine", - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

Moreover, Mykola Azarov said that the government seriously began to include civil society in the formulation of public policy, to consult on reforms in the country. "And today we have the time to get together with market participants, public analysis how changes are following and what we need to change and improve situation. This is a completely new algorithm for relations between businesses and authorities. I would call it "comfort mode for bona fide companies". I told investors: Government will not be good-natured, but will be a good faith partner" - Mykola Azarov said.
