OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2012. A Group insurance company has increased its authorized capital 1.6 fold through rise of nominal value of shares.

State Securities Committee reports that new issue of shares of A Group was registered under AZ100400650P number- 7.750 shares with AZN 609 face value. Shares of issue with AZ100300650 number were converted in them – 7.750 shares with AZN 375 face value. As a result the company’s authorized capital rose from AZN 2.906 million to AZN 4.719 million.
