OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2012. Azerbaijan’s only reinsurer company AzRe has raised its equity capital by 14.3% through increase of nominal value of shares.

State Securities Committee reports that new issue of shares of AzRe has been registered under AZ100600867P number- 2.000 shares with AZN 20.000 face value. Shares of issue with AZ100500867 number were converted in them- 2.000 shares with AZN 17.500 face value.

As a result the company’s equity capital has increased from AZN 35 million to AZN 40 million.
