OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2012. Sisengali Utegaliyev was appointed as Deputy General Director of JSC “KazTransOil”.

Utegaliyev Sisengali was born in 1950.

In 1972 he graduated from exploration faculty of Tumen Indutrial Institute with specialization in Geology and exploration of oil and gas fields, qualification – Mining Engineer.

He has been working in petroleum sector of the country for more than 40 years. He hold responsible positions in the Ministry of oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, national oil and gas company ”Kazakhoil”, JSC “KazMunaiGas EP”, JSC “NC “KazMunaiGas”.

He has state awards: “Kurmet”, “Enbegi ushin” medals.

Bulat Zakirov was appointed as Managing Director of JSC “KazTransOil”.

Bulat K.Zakirov was born in 1976.

In 1997 he graduated from Kazakh State Academy of Management with specialization in “International Economic Affairs”, qualification – international economist. In 1997 - 1998 he made postgraduate studies in "Oil and gas economics" in Dundee University (UK), Master of Science in energy industries.

He has been working in petroleum industry since 1999.

In various years has been working as Director of Department for Transport Logistics, Director of Department for Prospective Development, Deputy General Director for Development of JSC “KazTransOil”, First Deputy General Director, Deputy General Director, General Director (Chair of the Management Board) of LLP "KMG-Transcaspian”.
