IDGC of North-West to Increase Investment in Land Management in 2012
OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2012. In 2012 IDGC of the North-West, JSC plans to allocate 225.1 mln RUR for land survey with account for the protective zones.
In 2012 IDGC of the North-West, JSC plans to allocate 225.1 mln RUR for land survey with account for the protective zones. As compared to the previous year (the actual 2011 value being 90.3 mln RUR), expenses on land management works will increase 2.5 times.
“Since 2012 IDGC of the North-West has been intensifying efforts for registration of the rights to properties belonging to the Company. A corresponding long-term program was adopted with a view of reducing administrative law and civil law risks,” remarks Head of the Administration for Properties and Power Grid Assets Consolidation of IDGC of the North-West Andrey Khomyakov. With the aim of minimizing costs, works for land survey and protection zones formal arrangement are performed simultaneously. In total, performance of all the works related to land survey and formal registration of the rights of ownership to the Company’s electric power grid facilities will take at least 2.5. bln RUR.
