OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2012. “Nevyansky Cementnik”, JSC produced 72,747 tons of cement in February, the plan was over executed – 107%. 80,087 tons of clinker, the main semi-finished products and components in the manufacture of cement have been produced during the reporting month of this year, (the plan was also over executed – 100.1%).

In comparison with the same period last year, growth of clinker production was 3.8%, cement production has remained almost at the same level. Production target for the extraction of clay has been successfully achieved – 21 125 tons, the execution of the plan was 115%.

77, 336.8 tons of cement (101.3% over execution of the plan) have been shipped to consumers in the Ural and Siberian federal districts in February. This figure is 4.6% higher than last year.

The February was also marked by production records: for the first time in the history of the plant the share of high-quality cement (CEM I 42,5 N) in the total volume of cement production was 47.5%.

In addition, the February will go down in history of the plant not only for the successful execution of the production plan, but also due to the fact that a large-scale repair campaign has been conducted.

 The following has been repaired during the aforementioned repair campaign: cement finish mill number 2 and its auxiliary equipment. Also a new planetary reduction gear unit manufactured by MAAG company (Switzerland) has been launched on this cement finish mill. The cement grinding media in the cement finish mill number 2, manufactured by Czech Republic was also replaced with more cost efficient Egyptian grinding media within the frameworks of this repair campaign.

Stable work results in February allow “Nevyansky Cementnik”, JSC consolidating strong position in the market and giving confidence to move forward and achieve new results.
