Taking part in the meeting were Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich, Economic Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, and top executives of Russia’s biggest banks.
