OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2012. Under the affiliate program with the State Mortgage Institution Kreditprombank granted the housing loans in the secondary market totaling over UAH 10 million. Recall that in the middle of last year the State Mortgage Institution (SMI) in order to recover mortgage lending market in Ukraine continued active operations on refinancing home loans in the secondary market. Kreditprombank enters the limited list of SMI partner banks and currently is offering these loans on beneficial terms, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

Thus, the fixed interest rate on this loan is 15 percent per annum, the initial payment of customer makes from 25 percent of the home value. Loan is granted for a period of up to 30 years. Its maximum amount is up to UAH 1 million (depending on home location). There are no monthly commission fees and hidden additional expenses for customers. In addition, the bank does not require additional collateral: the loan collateral is a purchased home.

“Today, there is no any background for reduction of property prices. According to this we offer all customers wishing to purchase their own homes, not to postpone the implementation of their intentions and already use our program for lending of property purchase on favorable terms and enjoy all the benefits of cooperation with Kreditprombank,” said Dmytro Kosyriev, the Head of Product Management Division of the bank.
