OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2012. In the framework of the spring campaign, SEB and LVM will be jointly launching a novel service package that enables a homebuyer to save the fees for the loan contract, home insurance for the first year and the SEB Super+ account package, reported the press-centre of SEB.

In addition, joint customers will be able to obtain a fixed-fee credit card with a spending limit of up to EUR 2000. The service package also includes the best market price guarantee of appraisal services of LVM Kinnisvara.

“The last few years have restored stability to the real estate market, allowing us to once again start thinking about new services. Spring is the best time for new initiatives,” noted Andres Sutt, member of the Management Board of LVM Kinnisvara. “We are working together with SEB, since our two decades of cooperation with the bank has created trust, enabling us to recommend each other’s services,” he added.

“In cooperation with LVM Kinnisvara, we are offering our present joint customers who are buying a home a novel service package that enables them not only to receive substantial savings, but to save time that is normally spent on price negotiations. At the same time, we are offering all customers who visit our bank office the possibility to rapidly obtain an assessment of their borrowing capacity from the private customer manager,” added Triin Messimas, development manager of the private loan business of SEB.

LVM Kinnisvara is a real estate company founded in 1992, with offices in Tallinn, Parnu and Kuressaare, and has served more than 20,000 customers. At present the company has 1000 properties for sale.
