OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2012. The Supervisory Board of ESTA Property Management has appointed Tatyana Sanchenko the Executive Director of the company. Earlier Mrs Sanchenko was the Manager of Kiev-based Leonardo Business Centre.

Her main objective will be to manage current and future assets of ESTA Group effectively and to strengthen the company's position in the property management sector.

"As the Manager of Leonardo Business Centre Tatyana proved herself to be a highly efficient manager who can meet the hardest objectives," underlined Maksim Gromadtsov, Chief Operation Officer of ESTA Holding, which manages ESTA Group. "Today she has an ambitious goal: to almost double the area of facilities managed by ESTA Property Management by the end of 2012, to 120,000 sq m. We are confident that Tatyana's expertise will help ESTA Property Management to take the lead in Ukrainian property management market."

Tatyana Sanchenko superseded Galina Gavrilova as the Executive Director after Mrs Gavrilova decided to continue her career in Russia.

"In 2008 we invited Mrs Gavrilova to build a professional managing company from scratch. Her expertise and understanding of international standards of first class project management helped us to build an effective system and build a team recognised as one of the best in Ukraine. We highly appreciate Galina's contribution to the company's growth and wish her every success in future," Mr Gromadtsov went on to say.
