OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2012. Meeting of organizing committee of V Jubilee Russian-German Feedstock Conference took place. Russian and German representatives of authority and large business took part in the meeting. The major task of the meeting was defining of the key directions of work of the forthcoming conference and the spheres of cooperation of the two countries, reported the press-centre of Titan.

Let us mention that key topic of the previous conference which was held in March 2011 in Omsk was project “PARK: Industrial-Agricultural Regional Clusters”. V Russian-German Feedstock Conference, established within the Forum, will take place in Nuremberg in the period of 11-13 April 2012. The topic of another meeting of representatives of authority, science, business society, representatives of financial institutions (banks, investment funds etc.) of both countries will be “Cooperation, pricing and innovations”. Delegation of Omsk region will be headed by the Governor Leonid Polezhayev; project “PARK” will be presented by its head – Mikhail Sutyaginsky. Within the forum there will be organized an exhibition with an exposition of the new brand of the region and project clusters.

During the sitting of the organizational committee from the project PARK were proposed the following areas of cooperation with the German side: production of organic carbon, metallurgical and polycrystalline silicon, meat processing, creation of biotechnological complex on the production of lysine, organic and aminoacids, ferments and biologically active additives, and also the prospects of creation of industrial park.

In the order of the conference questions on carrying out of joint scientific activities will be examined, in particular in the sphere of feedstock deep processing. Besides, the German specialists were given proposal to cooperate within creation of residential complex of the project “PARK”: experience of Europeans in the use of energy saving technologies will be useful for the new social project of “Titan”.

On the forthcoming conference it is planned to sign important agreements concerning construction of the new objects and improvement of the existing objects of the project between the operator of the PARK, the Government of Omsk region and the largest high-technology German companies working in the sphere of energy supply, silicon production, agro-industrial complex.

Agreement on creation of Russian-German Feedstock Forum was signed on October 10, 2006 between two world-oldest mountain institutes – Freyberg Mountain Academy and St.-Petersburg State Mountain Institute in the presence of the heads of states Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel as the platform for bilateral cooperation in feedstock sphere.

According to the aims set by the international forum, the participants of the event will speak on the topics of political aspects of international energy and feedstock security, improvement of corresponding legal norms, increase in energy efficiency.
