OREANDA-NEWS. March 07, 2012. Renaissance Capital, the leading emerging markets investment bank, has hired three senior managers for its equities trading team, enhancing its trading capabilities from New York to Moscow.

Charles Croney has joined the Firm’s New York office as Managing Director, Head of International Equity Trading, New York, responsible for trading across North America. Croney joins from Nomura, where he held a similar position, having previously held senior trading positions in London and New York at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.

Also in New York, Victor Radeff has joined Renaissance Capital as Director, International Equity Trader, with a focus on equity trading in North America, including ADR trading activity. Radeff, who joins from WJB Capital in San Francisco, where he was Co-Head of Institutional Sales and Trading, U.S., Latin & European Equities, has more than 17 years’ sales, trading and management experience. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank, Dresdner, Kleinwort Wasserstein and JP Morgan.

In Moscow, John Heisel has joined Renaissance Capital as Vice President, Equity Sales Trader, with responsibility for sales trading and advisory for Russia and the CIS. Heisel joins Renaissance from Citigroup Moscow, having previously worked at Sovlink and Brunswick UBS in Moscow.
