OREANDA-NEWS.  JSC "SENIM-BANK" (Almaty region, hereinafter – the Bank), whose common shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 26, 2012 at 17:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue of the meeting's agenda is consideration of a voluntary re-organization of the Bank.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 21/2, Askarov str., app. 1, the village Rakhat, Karasai district, Almaty region. Registration of participants will begin at 16:30 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the meeting will be drawn up as of March 20, 2012.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the Bank's shareholders will be held on March 27, 2012 at the same time and address.
