OREANDA-NEWS. March 07, 2012. JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors took the following deals with stakeholders, reported the press-centre of KASE:

a) treasury deals concluded with members of the UniCredit group in the period from November 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011;

b) deals of the Department for Development of Transactional and Corporate Products with members of UniCredit group in the period from November 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
