OREANDA-NEWS. March 07, 2012. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov proposes to introduce insurance of investment agreements in order to prevent recurrence of frauds such "Elita-Center". He stated on this at the meeting on realization of state program "Affordable Housing".

"It is necessary to introduce insurance of investment contracts because the state can not take upon oneself all risks in construction. The state should create conditions that precluded the fraudsters," - the Prime Minister said.

However, it requires more drastic steps to bring to justice dishonest developers. "Let us resolutely to act, prepare, if necessary, legislation. If a company - bankrupt, we must take the assets that they have" - Mykola Azarov said.

In this context, the Prime Minister calls on the city authorities to set realistic time of providing citizens, victims of "Elita-Center". "The issue is dealing slowly. We need to set realistic time to finally solve the problem of deceived people" - the Prime Minister noted.
