OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2012. Millikart processing company has announced a 17,9% rise in the number of serviced cards in 2011.

Millikart reports that following 2011 191.000 plastic cards serviced through its network were active versus 162.000 active cards in 2010.

At that the number of the banks enjoying its services has remained unchanged- 12 credit institutions. The number of its clients rose from 5 to 8 banks, which are Visa Inc. members. 5 banks remain members of MasterCard Int , and as before 3 clients issue local cards.

"The number of serviced ATMs in 2011 rose from 290 to 320 and the number of POS terminals –from 1.200 to 3.200",- the report says.

5 processing centers are currently operating in the country.
