OREANDA-NEWS.  March 05, 2012. The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine will receive 350 million UAH for housing construction. This was stated by the head of department Anatoliy Blyznyuk during a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers.

"According to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" expenditures towards housing construction in general are 1 billion 300 thousand UAH, of which to the Ministry of Regional Development it has been provided about 350 million UAH," said the Minister.

Of the latter, according to Anatoliy Blyznyuk, 200 million UAH are provided for construction (purchase) of affordable housing. Another 60 million UAH – to provide preferential long-term state loan to young families and single young people for construction (reconstruction) and purchase of housing. Another 55 million UAH are provided to direct at preferential loans for individual rural developers.

"Additionally 34 million UAH incorporated to increase the share capital of the state specialized financial institution "State Fund for Youth Housing." This is with further using mentioned funds in order to provide preferential loans to young people," the Minister added.
