OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. Commercial Bank GLOBEX announced that it was going to close up its Branch “Samarsky” 23 April 2012 as reorganization due to takeover of National Trade Bank had been completed in the end of January 2012.

As the result of the merger GLOBEXBANK “Povolgsky” Branch was established and it offers the full range of banking services. For the purposes of optimization “Samarsky” Branch assets are being transferred to the Branch “Povolgsky” which render services to all the Clients.

“Povolgsky” Branch operates in seven cities of the Povolgsky Region. Today altogether there are 12 offices. In Samara there are 7 offices and a cash desk of GLOBEXBANK, in Togliatti there is the main office of the Branch, in Balakivo there are 2 offices and the rest are located in Saratov, Penza, Syzran and Dimitrovgrad.
