OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. Branch “Permsky” of GLOBEXBANK joined exhibition-forum “Real-Estate Fair” held on the territory of exhibition center “Permsky Fair” 16 – 19 February 2012.

Exhibition center “Permsky Fair” has arranged 11th annual international exhibition of real-estate objects, real-estate transactions, care services, mortgage lending and real-estate insurance.

The project made best proposals on residential, commercial and foreign real-estate transactions. Visitors found out about housing subsidizing (mortgage, accumulation schemes, national and regional finance programs) and became acquainted with varieties of services (estimation, real-estate insurance, legal and consulting services, security and moving services and ect.).

It was the second time Branch “Permsky” had participated in the exhibition.

According to the Branch “Permsky” Chief Manager Mr. Igor Merzlov “In comparison with the last year one can notice that interest in buying apartments with mortgage lending programs of Perm citizens has grown considerably”. Besides the mortgage programs visitors were interested in the Bank’s deposit terms for Individuals, payment account holding offers for Corporate Clients and also Corporate Clients Lending”.
