RInfra Launches Online Energy Manager for Consumers
OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (RInfra) has launched new online Customer Care initiative, 'Energy Manager', for its 2.6 Million Mumbai suburban consumers.
The new customer care initiative, 'Energy Manager', will empower suburban consumers to calculate savings made on their power bills by resorting to the stringent energy conservation measures. To achieve this consumer can now set the quantum of savings on each electrical appliance they use at their home. The consumers can also exercise various combinations to maximize their savings in power bills.
Energy conservation is the need of the hour. Consumers regularly complain about the lack of options where they can define how much power they want to save, which all appliances should they choose and what needs to be done to plan and achieve power saving targets.
RInfra, being a consumer centric organization launched this indigenously designed user friendly, hassle free online tool, 'Energy Manager'- based on the feedback received from the consumers. 'Energy Manager' is now a guiding tool for consumers to address their power saving queries and achieve targeted savings in power.
RInfra's 'Energy Manager' will not only assist consumers in setting up their power saving targets, but will also assist them in choosing various energy efficient appliances and gadgets that will help them in meeting the target.
Power consumptions of appliances mentioned on 'Energy Manager' will be same as declared by the manufacturers and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).
