OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. Baotou authorities have ordered 29 enterprises falling short of environmental standards to shut down or dismantle their facilities in a steel deep processing zone in Kundulun District.

Among others, 12 of those plants belonged to the construction sector and six fell into the steel industry.
