OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2012. Delegation of Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) headed by the Chairman of the Board and CEO Dmitry Patrushev presents the results and plans for further development of its lending to agribusiness in the course of the All-Russian agrarian forum held in Ufa on February 27-28, 2012, reported the press-centre of RusAg.

RusAg’s representatives took part in the main thematic round tables and a plenary session to discuss the issues of financial support of the national agribusiness sector.

The Bank actively participates in the implementation of the federal policy on agribusiness development. Within the past three years, Russian Agricultural Bank has increased by 60% the volume of lending under the State Program on Agribusiness Development and Regulation of Agricultural Markets for 2008-2012. In 2011, the Bank extended RUB 409 billion in the framework of the State Program, which is a 24% growth compared to 2010.

RusAg provides financial support to agribusiness enterprises through the whole agribusiness production chain with more than 70 special lending programs.
